The living room features a coffered ceiling, fireplace and sliding doors to the outdoor living room, which features ceiling fans, fireplace and big screen TV. The master suite features access to a private balcony, walk-in closet, and an opulent master bath with deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and two separate  vanities. Three additional en-suite bedrooms and finished basemen provide plenty of room for entertaining extended family and friends. 2-car attached garage also serves as a well equipped home gym.

Update: The new owners decided to have us add an 18' x 47' addition with an outdoor area, kitchenette and additional living space with a full bathroom. The new pool cabana also features a sky bridge connecting to the main house.
